The small village of Harads, situated in the municipality of Boden, is renowned for its impressive surroundings and the Lule river valley, creating unification of forest and river. From the village of Harads, a footpath leads you into the tranquillity and wilderness of the forest and to the seclusion of the Treehotel.
Built from inspiration taken from the film ‘The Tree Lover’ by Jonas Selberg Augustsen, the Treehotel consists of seven cabins each suspended 4-10 metres above the forest floor. This is a unique and exclusive haven surrounded by a backdrop of unspoiled nature. Whether it is for the experience, the adventure, a special occasion or simply to fulfil a childhood dream, a stay at the Treehotel will offer you an insight into nature at its best.
Accommodation:
Each cabin is decorated in a contemporary design. Under floor heating, combined with good insulation, ensures a warm cosy stay. Please note that the cabins do not have running water, a water canister is provided above the sink in the bathroom (adequate for washing hands, face and brushing teeth. The 7th room has a shower). Showers are located in the Britta’s Pensionat and there are also showers in the Forest Sauna.
